Election '08: Don't Forget About Judicial Appointments

A President can pass politically central legislation, and still do long-term damage to the moral health of this country by appointing judges, at both the Federal Appeals level and the Supreme Court, that are far left.

Bill Clinton allowed conservative legislation to pass, but the same man appointed the former general counsel of the ACLU to the Supreme Court (Ruth Bader-Ginsburg). I wonder how Libs would've responded if Bush tried to appoint to the Supreme Court the head counsel of Focus on The Family.

It's still available (at least it is for me).
